What you'll be doing

  • Document Management:

Manage document flow including printing, copying, scanning, filing, distributing, and archiving to ensure information is organized and readily accessible.

  • Daily Administrative Tasks:

Handle routine tasks including office supplies procurement, distribution, and inventory management; meeting room booking and coordination; courier services management; business card ordering, etc.

  • Reception & Coordination:

Provide receptionist services (if applicable), answer and transfer phone calls, and courteously receive visitors; coordinate basic communication between internal departments and with external visitors.

  • Office Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy, and functional office environment, including basic upkeep of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).

  • Data Entry & Reporting:

Perform accurate basic data entry and compilation; assist in preparing simple reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Travel & Expense Support:

Assist staff with travel arrangements (e.g., flight, hotel bookings) and basic expense report documentation.

  • Ad-hoc Tasks:

Efficiently perform other related administrative support duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English is considered an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
