About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resource Executive to join our team at Vesta Plastic Sdn Bhd in Ulu Tiram, Johor. As a full-time member of our office management department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's human resource functions and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies
  3. Maintain and update employee records and databases
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  5. Coordinate employee training and development programs
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and concerns

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  6. Knowledge of HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
