About the Job

Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to support core human resources and administrative functions. In this role, you'll ensure accurate payroll processing, manage statutory submissions, and handle employee documentation with precision. You'll also oversee key administrative responsibilities including insurance renewals, vehicle road tax, and employee data management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely submission of government statutory deductions.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll statistics.
  • Oversee company insurance policies, ensuring timely renewal.
  • Handle company vehicle road tax renewals.
  • Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmations, and other staff-related documents.
  • Maintain and update employee personal details in the system.
  • Perform HR management tasks a required.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by superiors from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Proficiency in iFlexi payroll system is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and patience in handling payroll processes.
