Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Handles full recruitment cycle including job posting, shortlisting, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
Manage HR operations including accurate maintenance of employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave records, overtimes and administration of staff benefits.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Administer monthly payroll processing, including statutory submissions
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation review tracking.
Plan and coordinate in organizing staff training, engagement activities, and HR-related events.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
Perform ad hoc task as assigned
Administrative:
Manage general administrative duties including daily office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment management
As a liason officer to coordinate with HQ on Finance and HR related matters
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient business operations.
Organize and support company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare administrative reports
Handles document filing, preparation of letters, memos, and internal communications.
Prepare and maintain admin reports (attendance, petty cash, maintenance schedules).
Ensure full compliance with local authorities, KPM, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
Perform ad hoc task
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR and/or administrative roles is an advantage
Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law and HR best practices.
Proficient in statutory compliance and reporting (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF etc)
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
