Regional Sales Manager

Job description
- Develop and update long and short-term sales strategies.
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region;
- Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key market segments.
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Interact with customer to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks.
- Interface effectively with operation departments to ensure that work order completed in time or delivery as scheduled.
- Other duties assigned by leadership.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanic, mechanical, industrial process, HVAC, or Safety engineering. Experience on safety business in civil defense, OGP, chemical, HVAC industry, would be added advantage.
- Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willing to travel to oversee to support projects or trade shows when needed.
- A team-player who is resourceful and able to work with minimum guidance and under stress.
- Willing to work over-time when there is target/ timeline to meet.
- Target-oriented and organized with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
