Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and deliver value-added solutions to clients.
Account Planning and Strategy:
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with the company's objectives and the client's needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address potential challenges.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform account strategies and initiatives.
Revenue Growth and Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within existing key accounts.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and exceeding expectations.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to strengthen loyalty and minimize customer churn.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics, such as revenue growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account activity, performance trends, and upcoming opportunities for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the same industry or sector.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans and initiatives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
