Job Description

  • Oversee daily production to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for material requisition and returns.
  • Report machine breakdowns and any production abnormalities.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Responsible for any WIP.
  • Responsible for production performance (efficiency, yield, wastage).
  • Handle SAP system entries for production processes.
  • Responsible for production staff (training, attendance, roster).
  • Liaise with the Maintenance Department on machine break down and the repair status.
  • Troubleshoot operational problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Assertive, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good attitude and a team player.
  • Able to work on shift.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must have own transport.
