About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable growth for our photobooth and experiential products. You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and recurring rentals or machine sales across global markets. In our lean, fast-moving team, you'll also collaborate closely with the founder on the sales pipeline and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage acquisition funnels for B2C (photo booth users) and B2B (machine sales, installations, events).
  • Track and optimize campaigns weekly based on CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Develop retargeting flows using CRM/pixel audiences and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to brief creatives, maintain brand tone, and test ad variations.
  • Provide clear weekly dashboards and actionable insights to improve campaigns and landing pages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance/paid media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Comfortable managing funnels across multiple audiences and countries.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, attribution, UTM tracking, and analytics.
  • Strong English communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, or similar CRM/ecommerce systems is a plus.
