Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth customer service.
  • Maintain food, beverage and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance and discipline.
  • Monitor inventory, control stock and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Report directly to the Operations Executive / Management HQ.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, café or restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
