Job description

  • Lead and supervise a team of Building Managers and Building Executives in the management and maintenance of highrise buildings.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).
  • Attend monthly management committee meetings and any special meetings as required.
  • Review and evaluate all service contracts entered into by the management committee.
  • Prepare and submit monthly operational reports for assigned buildings.
  • Liaise with relevant local authorities (e.g., COB, BOMBA, DBKL, etc.) on building-related matters.
  • Monitor and control the management and maintenance budgets; prepare and present annual budget reports.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Building / Property Management / Real Estate Management / Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in managing or leading a team of Building Managers.
  • Willing to be based at the Management Office of residential and/or commercial buildings.
  • Well-versed in:
  • Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757)
  • Strata Management (Maintenance and Management) Regulations 2015
  • Strata Titles Act 318 and other related legislation.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, with a strong customer service orientation and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of stratified property maintenance and management practices.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
