Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. You will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing all front desk activities, and providing essential administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Visitor Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, professionally greeting and directing all visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Manage front desk security, including visitor sign-in, and ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.

Communications:

  • Handle all incoming communications by answering and directing phone calls, managing general email inquiries, and taking messages.
  • Sort and distribute all daily mail, deliveries, and packages.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supply inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating company events, and liaising with building management.

HR & Recruitment Support:

  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with employee onboarding by preparing materials and managing new hire paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
