Job Summary:

As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to handle daily finance operational matters. Providing excellent servicing to the company, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.

Job Responsibilities and Key Results:

  • Responsible for daily finance operational matters, eg: AR, AP, Cash flow, etc. for PBA Group including its subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for preparation of full set of account including management accounts, intercompany/bank reconciliation, accounting schedule, etc.
  • Close liaison with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, directors as well as other relevant authorities.
  • To assist in group external & internal audit exercise.
  • Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks/projects of the company.
  • To lead & provide guidance to Accounting Executive (level 2) and below finance personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): ERP, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Attention to details & possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Candidates must be able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Has the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work in a short notice period.
  • Possess good working attitude and must be a detailed oriented person with high integrity.
  • Candidates must be willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
