Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product.

· Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.

· To support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects.

· To update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.

· Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and HALAL System.

· To responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation.

· Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.

· Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.

· Assist in maintaining environmental management program and conducting supplier audit.

· Responsible for Production Planning.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent.

· Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in Food Industry.

· Required Experience: Handling HALAL system, conduct internal audit and supplier audit.

· Knowledge in GMP & HACCP.

· Good in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

· Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
