With a team of 100 professionals, we specialise in marine engines, marine gearboxes, generator sets, rental solutions, spare parts, and accessories. Through our PT Power brand, we import, reengineer, and assemble high-performance engines and generators trusted across the marine, mining, plantation, construction, and industrial sectors.

Role Overview:

We are an expanding power solutions group with operations across several plants. We are looking for a HR Manager to manage our early-stage HR Department and help us scale as we grow. This is a startup-style role — you'll have the chance to take ownership and grow your career. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR operations on claims, timekeeping and more.
  • Champion and maintain adoption of the HR management system across all plants.
  • Develop and implement HR policies for talent management, career progression and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leadership to plan and execute company and people growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in HR operations and talent management, ideally from a corporate environment.
  2. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across office and plant settings.
  3. A self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and can build processes to bring structure.
  4. Strong ownership mentality — you care about outcomes, not just tasks.
  5. A collaborative team player with excellent communication and people management skills.
