Temenos Data Hub Consultant (TDH)

Location: Malaysia

GCI Consulting are currently seeking experienced Temenos Data Hub Consultants to join our fast-growing international team. This is a unique opportunity to work onsite with some of our most prestigious clients, initially working onsite in Malaysia with other worldwide locations to follow.

About the Role:

  • As a TDH Consultant you will work with banking/financial-services clients to implement, configure, integrate and support the Temenos Data Hub platform. You'll bridge between business requirements, data architecture, and the technical delivery of the solution - ensuring data is captured, processed, governed and made available for analytics, reporting, integration and real-time use.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Temenos Data Hub (TDH) product experience.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements for data, reporting, analytics and integration with Temenos Transact.
  • Track record in designing and implementing the TDH architecture: data extraction/streaming, transformation, loading (ETL/ELT), data modelling, data quality, metadata management, data governance.
  • Experience in developing and supporting data pipelines, real-time data flows (event streaming/outbox pattern), data warehousing/ODS/ADS layers and reporting/analytics solutions.
  • Ability to integrate TDH with Transact and other third-party systems, APIs and event platforms for streaming and batch loads.
  • Track record in optimising performance, scalability, and reliability of the data platform: monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, refactor data flows and pipelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance, regulatory requirements, data lineage, traceability and quality standards.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation (design specs, data models, support guides).
