Company Background
We are representing our client who handles e-commerce operations through their full-fledged management system and fulfilment solutions. As they are expanding their business, they are looking for Key Account Manager - E-Commerce to join the team
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV revenue
- Build and maintain win-win relationships with all marketplace platforms' key personnel
- Negotiate and secure exclusive partnerships for monthly activities and key and mega campaigns
- Work closely with clients to ensure all activities are executed according to plan
- Manage A&P funds with proper budget planning and ensure the best return on investment
- Work closely within the E-commerce team (Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Graphic Designers) and also other departments
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide analysis and
insights data to identify key issues and opportunities - Provide regular and accurate forecasting of stocks required to achieve the desired sales results
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- Min 2 years in key account management in the E-Commerce space preferably in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Good managerial skills
- Outstation applicants who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply
Job Details:
- Permanent employment
- Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am 6pm) *Saturday half day only when required by Management during certain peak events (very occasionally)
- Working location : Puncak Alam
