Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage our full set of accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing and service operations by managing daily accounting functions and contributing to our month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

· Perform daily accounting operations, including processing invoices, supplier payments, and staff expense claims.

· Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures in a timely manner.

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other balance sheet schedules.

· Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Assist in managing inventory records and cost of goods sold (COGS) related to our manufacturing activities.

· Prepare and submit SST returns and assist with other statutory compliance matters.

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

· Assist the Finance Manager with financial reporting and analysis as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Experience:
 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing a full set of accounts.

· Education:
 Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, LCCI, or a related field.

· Skills:

o Strong understanding of accounting principles and Malaysian financial reporting standards.

o Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

o Meticulous, highly organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

· Preferred:

o Experience in a
manufacturing

technical service
 environment is highly advantageous.
