Payroll Consultant
to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for assigned clients while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Malaysian and Singaporean statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will support daily payroll operations, maintain precise records, and deliver exceptional client service under the guidance of the Payroll Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients in accordance with established schedules and deadlines;
  • Ensure accurate calculation and submission of statutory contributions, taxes, and reports in compliance with local regulations;
  • Maintain strong and professional client relationships through proactive communication and consistent service delivery;
  • Address and resolve client inquiries related to payroll matters in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably within an outsourcing or shared services environment;
  • Demonstrated understanding of Malaysian and Singaporean payroll and statutory regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at various levels;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
