Job Overview

We are looking for an RMA Intern to assist our RMA team in managing customer equipment returns, repairs and replacements. You will gain hands-on experience in technical operations, equipment auditing and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing returned equipment and parts according to standard procedures.
  • Help audit and test returned items; record findings in the ERP system.
  • Support the preparation of RMA buffer stock and update inventory records.
  • Prepare and organize RMA-related documents and reports.
  • Liaise with Helpdesk, Procurement and Warehouse teams for verification and updates.
  • (If required) Accompany technicians for on-site RMA support and learn customer handling.

Learning Outcomes

During the internship, the student will gain:

  • Exposure to real-world RMA operations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems and equipment audit processes.
  • Understanding of repair, replacement and quality control procedures.
  • Skills in documentation, coordination and inventory management.

Qualification

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Requirements

  • Good to excellent computer skills with the ability to handle data and documentation efficiently.
  • Experience in order processing or administrative coordination is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
