Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective software support to customers via email, phone, and remote sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate on software enhancements and improvements
  • Perform routine server maintenance, monitoring, and updates to ensure system stability.
  • Developing, debugging and supporting windows applications, web applications, web services and databases
  • Document support cases, solutions, and enhancement requirements accurately.
  • Assist in testing and validating new software releases before deployment.
  • Critical, analytical and forward thinking with problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Re-prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields
  • Able to provide support on demand basis during the off-working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, with hands-on experience in MS Office applications and PC installation
  • Customer service oriented and good problem solver
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience with Software development
  • Experienced in .NET, MS SQL, SQL Query.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with server administration and maintenance tasks.
  • Results oriented and deadline driven
