About the Role
We are looking for a Service Desk Agent who is responsible, disciplined, and open-minded to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the first point of contact for users who need technical assistance, providing efficient and friendly support while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Log, monitor, and follow up on all reported incidents to ensure proper closure.
Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk or service desk support (fresh graduates may be considered).
Must be able to speak English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of Korean, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership of tasks.
Open-minded, proactive, and able to work well with others in a team environment.
Basic IT knowledge (Windows, Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.).
Able to work 5 days a week in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
