What you will be doing

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage our telemedicine operations. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of our telemedicine services. Candidates with proven relevant experience may be considered for a more senior position.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

  • Manage the locum doctor network, including onboarding, platform training, manpower rostering, quality control, and payment processing.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for locum doctors to address and resolve real-time operational and technical issues.

  • Monitor and manage doctor-to-patient ratio and wait time SLAs.

  • Ad hoc operational tasks as required.

Job requirements What we are looking for

Required:

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

  • Able to prioritise and multitask efficiently to resolve live issues.

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible in shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Good to have:

  • Degree/Diploma in and/or working experience in telemedicine or healthcare industry.
