A Club Lounge Supervisor assist the Club Lounge Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a club lounge, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience. They also assist to lead, motivate, and train staff, while also managing catering, cleaning, and other operational aspects to maintain a high standard of service and hygiene. Additionally, they address guest concerns, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Assisting Club Lounge Manager to oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for our guests consistently.
  • To plan, supervise, deliver and present the food and beverages as per Club Lounge food specification and standard.
  • Supervise, guide and coach the assigned employee to ensure an efficient operation of the Club Lounge.
  • Interact with guests by explaining the food and beverages on offer. Gauge needs and make recommendations to meet the exact needs of our premium guests.
  • Manage a team of service, cleaning and kitchen employee as well as the other resources (i.e. employee working hours, staff training, and stores management) in close collaboration with the Club Lounge team to deliver a superior product and services that delight all guests, and to ensure a smooth Club Lounge operation.
  • Plan and delegate tasks to the team members before the beginning of each shift. Ensure that assigned employee are supervised, delegated, continuously trained, motivated, guided and counselled to achieve customer delight.
  • Oversee the ordering off all produce to always ensure sufficient supplies of all Food & Beverage and other materials.
  • To perform as Welcomer or the leader of Welcomer team to drive guest satisfaction at lobby and monitor lobby movement.
  • To be able to welcome and send VIP guest to room for VIP check in or to function room for event.
  • Need to well-verse about Accor ALL loyalty program in order to be able to assist member enquiries and provide necessary assistance.
  • Be visible and involved at the Lobby during peak check-in and check-out times.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-year experience or previous experience in a hotel Club Lounge environment is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant appearance and well-groomed at all times.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Calm, efficient and organised
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service.
  • Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Has knowledge in Opera system.
