**Job Summary**
The Chef de Partie - Club Lounge is responsible for preparing, supervising, and presenting high-quality food items for the Club Lounge, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for premium guests. This role supports the Chef De Cuisine by overseeing daily operations in the lounge kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene, consistency, and service aligned with the hotel’s brand standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items for the Club Lounge in line with hotel standards.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen attendants, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure consistency of food quality, portion control, and presentation for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés.
- Work closely with the Lounge Manager and F&B team to anticipate guest preferences and deliver personalized service.
- Assist in planning menus, specials, and seasonal offerings for Club Lounge guests.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly handled, maintained, and reported for repair when necessary.
- Support the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, scheduling, and training.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and guest experience enhancement.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong culinary skills, with experience in both hot and cold kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and presentation standards suitable for luxury guests.
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
