Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct and have knowledge of market research
- Assist in the procurement process by monitoring stocks levels
- Researching vendors, tracking orders and maintaining purchasing records
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies and equipment based on the organization's needs
- Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (Email, letters, messages, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
