About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at CITIQ CORPORATE ADVISORY (MIRI) SDN BHD' in Miri, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
