As they continue to scale, they are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to take ownership of day-to-day operations and act as a direct extension of the executive leadership. This role exists to ensure the company runs effectively, decisively, and sustainably.

The AGM will oversee and align Product, UI/UX, and Digital Experience, ensuring teams execute against company priorities with clear accountability. You will translate high-level strategy into executable operating plans, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and make final operational decisions when trade-offs are required.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable operating in complexity, making high-impact decisions, and holding teams accountable for outcomes.

Responsibilities

Company Operations

  • Own overall operational performance of the company
  • Ensure all departments execute in line with the company strategy
  • Make final operational decisions within the agreed authority

Strategic Execution

  • Convert high-level vision into executable operating plans
  • Identify risks, blind spots, and scaling issues early
  • Proactively propose improvements to structure, process, or priorities

Product, Tech & Experience Governance

  • Ensure product and experience decisions align with long-term positioning
  • Balance innovation with stability and legal/operational safety
  • Hold leaders accountable for outcomes, not just effort

People & Leadership

  • Ensure leadership quality across all levels
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development
  • Step in decisively on underperformance or misalignment

Stakeholder & Trust Management

  • Represent operations internally and externally when needed
  • Build confidence with partners, clients, and internal leaders
  • Maintain transparency with you on risks, trade-offs, and decisions

Requirements
  • 10+ years in operations, general management, or senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience running multi-function teams
  • Has directly owned execution, not just strategy or advisory roles
  • Experience scaling teams, processes, or systems in a fast-moving environment
