Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining end-to-end sales reporting process including CRM system (data stewardship)
  • Ensuring accurate and timely incentive computations (including accruals)
  • Assisting in the target setting process and other ad-hoc business analysis tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the commercial function to support and drive development of the sales team by conducting onboarding/ refresher training such as incentive scheme, sales reporting tools and CRM system briefing
  • Management of sales and CRM database and user access
  • Drive CRM Utilization, reporting analysis, in alignment with SEA guidelines
  • Timely completion and submission of reports
  • Timely and accurate incentive accruals, reconciliation, calculations and payout, ensuring compliance with J&J Code of Conduct
  • Conduct regular reviews with Commercial Teams on SFE KPI, sales performance and productivity

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field, preferably Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economy, Business related.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales/marketing/business analyst/IT function
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PPT) is a must
  • Data-driven, analytical problem solver capable of delivering results with little supervision

Preferred:

  • Proficient in dashboard building using visualization tools such as Power BI/ Tableau
  • Knowledge in using Power Automate / Power Apps is an advantage
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, finance, IT and supply chain
