What you'll be doing?
  • Oversee maintenance tasks: Ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Develop maintenance schedules: Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot issues: Resolve complex maintenance issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Coordinate with departments: Work closely with other departments to integrate maintenance activities.
  • Monitor KPIs: Track and report on maintenance KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in upgrades: Contribute to the planning and execution of facility upgrades.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor or similar role, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge: Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with maintenance techniques.
  • Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership: Effective leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a team.
  • Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
