Job Description

  • Bertanggungjawab, merancang, mengenalpasti, melaksana, menyemak, mengawasi dan mengambi tindakan terhadap perjalanan operasi loji bioscrubber & gas engine, mengawal kos dan penggunaan tenaga kerja, keselamatan & kesihatan pekerjaan, persekitaran dan menjaga aset/harta benda syarikat dengan baik dan berkesan.
  • Bertanggungjawab menjalankan enjin gas pada tahap optimum dan electricity injection to grid  memenuhi kuota SEDA
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap pemantauan operasi semua parameter berkaitan kecekapan enjin gas spt total kWh, engine load, % injection to grid, trip mechanism dsb dan memastikan semua parameter di dalam had kawalan
  • Bertanggugjawab untuk menghentikan operasi gas engine sekiranya berlaku situasi kecemasan yang melibatkan nyawa pekerja/pelawat, menyebabkan kerosakan kepada harta benda syarikat dan pelanggaran akta dan peraturan dan serta merta melaporkan kepada pengurusan kilang dan Jabatan Biomass Ibupejabat.  
  • Bertanggungjawab melaporkan status operasi gas engine secara mingguan/bulanan kepada Jabatan Biomass seperti format yang telah ditetapkan
  • Bertanggungjawab memastikan semua peralatan seperti load engine, flowmeter, sensor, kompresor, blower dsb berkeadaan baik dan preventive maintenance dilakukan untuk pam, motor, blower dsb dan melaporkan kepada pengurusan untuk sebarang kerosakan yang berlaku
  • Bertanggungjawab merancang bajet untuk senggaraan berkala gas engine (top overhaul, normal service, total overhaul etc) dan memastikan senggaraan dilakukan mengikut manufacturer recommendation.
  • Bertanggungjawab membantu kilang melaksanakan sistem QOHSE dan sebarang audit yang dijalankan oleh syarikat cth : ADK, UIT atau audit pematuhan akta cth : DOE, DOSH
  • Bertanggungjawab memastikan kebersihan dan keselamatan loji gas engine di tahap yang memuaskan dan segera bertindak sekiranya tahap kebersihan dan keselamatan tidak memuaskan atau ditegur oleh pihak pengurusan syarikat atau agensi penguatkuasaan
  • Bertanggungjawab merancang aktiviti latihan kepada operator, mengukur tahap kompetensi dan melakukan tindakan susulan bagi meningkatkan kompetensi operator
