Job Purpose:
Coordination, monitoring and executing the general maintenance of farms & day to day electrical maintenance. Responsible for all farms generators, electrical supply & facilities equipment operations. Perform daily inspection on generator set system. Handling Solar Project and other maintenance works.
Job Responsibilities:
To monitor and responsible day-to day farms operations on daily electrical operations;
In-charge of operations and maintenance of the coops and its associated services, including but not limited to electrical installations work;
Responsible for all farms solar system, generator set system, electrical supply and facilities equipment operations.
To ensure legal compliance to SURUHANJAYA TENAGA, BOMBA, DOSH, DOE, OHSAS etc
Perform daily inspection on generator set system.
Handling preventive maintenance works.
Conduct inspection on building facilities and carry out Actions Plan for improvement;
Liaise with suppliers and contractors when needed & provide supervisory assistance over contractors working during and after office hours;
Maintain proper records of equipment operating and inventory list of critical electrical and component;
Troubleshoot and carry out general repair works, painting, toiletry and plumbing works and all related to equipment and building structure according to the standards;
Ensure all contracts, certificates and licenses are renewed before expiry;
Accept any other ad-hoc duties assignment from superior when needed.
