Art Technician Internship (Commencement January 2026)

We are seeking a creative and proactive Art Technician Intern to join our Administration Team, working closely with the Academic Art Department. This role offers hands-on experience supporting art education and developing valuable professional skills within a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare classrooms and materials for art lessons and activities.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining displays within the Art Department and around the school.
  • Support the purchasing and auditing of art resources and materials.
  • Help maintain school displays during academic holidays.
  • Assist in the running of art-based CCAs (Co-Curricular Activities).
  • Provide pupil supervision during break duties or emergency cover as required.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks / assignment assigned by the Art Department Superior.

Requirements:

  • Full safeguarding training and criminal background checks are mandatory (provided by the school).
  • A passion for art, creativity, and education.
  • Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
