RESPONSIBILITIES
- To monitor and supervise subordinates on day to day and ensure compliance of accounting procedures and proper accounting record are kept up to-date.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial management reports.
- To prepare financial reports and analysis for meetings.
- To coordinate and prepare budget, cash flows and other related reports
- To check and review accounting transactions prepared by subordinates.
- To check and verify all payment prepared by subordinates and ensure timely payment of those which are crucial.
- Liaison and coordinating with Auditor and subordinates in managing the yearly audit.
- Ensure tax compliance and liaison with Tax agent and subordinates on managing the taxation of the companies assigned.
- Attend internal and external meeting as and when required.
- To assist on other related accounting and treasury functions if required.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably MIA member
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in related field
- Experienced in mall operations, tenants' management or property investment industry will be an added advantage
- Well versed with SST, E-Invoicing and other statutory compliance
