Responsibilities

  • Assist the educators in the classrooms to ensure the objectives are achieved.
  • Assist the children in toileting and dressing up when necessary.
  • To be responsible and supervises the safety and well-being of every child in classrooms, centre buildings and in social curricular activities during the learning process.
  • Assist in group therapy sessions when necessary.
  • To prepare food and the necessary utensils during snacks and lunchtime and to ensure the cleanliness of the classroom.
  • Assist the Educators in monitoring the daily health screening (eg: medical problem, allergic, temperature, height, weight, bruise or cut) in every child.
  • Participate in staff training and meeting or any events.
  • To perform clerical tasks as needed; maintain a record of children's progress, develop files for each child, and prepare teaching material in any way needed including printing, binding, and laminating.
  • Ensure the children's documents are in order and updated.
  • Ensures that the workstation is always clean and neat.
