Account Executive

We are seeking motivated individuals with at least 1 year of experience in Accounting and Finance to join our Accounting and Finance Department in the Private Education Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating operational finance tasks and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and prepare payments for related business units.
- Prepare journal entries for business transactions.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure internal controls are in place.
- Ensure proper documentation, authorization, and recording of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of documents for Audit and Tax.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Undertake other tasks within the scope of the Accounting and Finance Department's operations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Partial Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, International Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or equivalent in Google.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Finance.
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual who excels in teamwork.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to learn.
- Experience in using QuickBooks, Maybank2ubiz would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
