We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of accounting processes, can work independently, and is ready to guide others when needed. You'll play an important part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting management with timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Oversee and review junior accounting tasks to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle tax submissions, audit preparation, and liaise with external auditors and authorities.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (SQL, UBS, Autocount, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
