Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and Unloading: Accept, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Inventory Management: Log and track all incoming and outgoing stock, maintain accurate records, and report missing or damaged items to supervisors.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label items for shipment, ensuring they are packaged correctly and ready for dispatch.
  • Stocking and Organization: Sort and store merchandise in designated locations, keeping shelves, racks, and bins organized and the warehouse tidy.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools to move, lift, and stack inventory safely.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by removing debris, following safety regulations, and ensuring all necessary safety gear is worn.

Essential Skills

  • Physical Stamina: The ability to lift, carry, and move heavy packages or equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and quality checks.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to achieve team goals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing time and tasks efficiently to maintain warehouse operations.
