Responsible for the development and growth of Takaful Malaysia's Bancatakaful Advisory sales through multiple channels with our preferred bank partner at the assigned sales region. Strong and effective working business relationship with the bank partner's regional sales teams by delivering constant superior and effective customer engagement experience. Manage the Bancatakaful Advisory business in the assigned sales region in ensuring sales advisory activities are constantly and effectively run in compliance to the set regulatory / sales requirements. Responsible to build and develop the Wealth sales team's skills and talents in meeting the set business requirements for the assigned sales region.

Job Description

  • Responsible to achieve the set Bancatakaful Advisory contribution target, Annualised Contribution Equivalent (ACE) as plan for the assigned sales region.
  • Lead and execute the Bancatakaful Advisory Sales business strategies and action plans to ensure business growth with the preferred bank partner that distribute STMKB's advisory products at the assigned sales region.
  • Ensuring the best and effective levels of Bancatakaful Advisory Sales team's servicing to bank partners' nationwide sales teams at the assigned sales region.
  • Ensuring strict adherence and compliance of any Bancatakaful Advisory sales activities to the company's / bank's guidelines as well as regulatory bodies.
  • Build strong and effective working relationship internally and externally to drive Bancatakaful Advisory Products / Campaigns Initiatives for optimum sales, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualification / Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably in Insurance.
  • At least 4 years of Sales and Marketing experience in Bancassurance/Bancatakaful environment with extensive Advisory Business exposure.
  • Presentable with good inter-personal skills and has good analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Sound knowledge in insurance and/or takaful products.
  • Willing to travel and able to work beyond normal office hour.
