Job Scope / Responsibilities :

The role includes providing pre and post-sales support, preparing quotations, and following up on sales enquiries. The role also involves conducting sales visits, building strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing activities such as conferences and other promotional events.

Requirements :

  • Diploma and above
  • Candidate with prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong capability of learning. Analytical with good problem-solving skills
  • Organized, Self-motivated, Positive attitude and Result-oriented
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Empathetic and customer-oriented, with a passion for service excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
