About the role

S.L.NG & ASSOCIATES' is seeking an Audit or Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team in Klang District, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our external audit and accounting services, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough audits of financial records and statements for our clients
  • Analysing financial data and identifying potential risks or areas for improvement
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for clients
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and tax filings
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all client deliverables
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of applicable accounting standards and regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in external audit or accounting, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
