About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at You Pharmacy Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor (USJ TAIPAN, SS14 and Bandar Puteri Puchong) And Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of store operations, from sales and inventory management to customer engagement and product knowledge.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing customer service and support, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Assisting with the sale of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, answering customer queries, and providing product recommendations
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock levels to ensure the availability of products
  • Stock Management and transfer
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store
  • Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Entry level staff are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Good product knowledge and the willingness to learn about our product range
  • A pleasant and friendly demeanour, with a passion for helping others
  • Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings and weekends

Location: USJ Taipan, SS14, Bandar Puteri Puchong (Klang Valley)
