Job Description:

Teleperformance Malaysia is seeking friendly and motivated
Cantonese-speaking Customer Support Specialists
to support a leading brand in the
Pet Food
. Based in
Georgetown, Penang
, this role focuses on delivering excellent customer service through clear communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in
    Cantonese and English
  • Provide accurate information and assist with mobile-related issues and requests
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in
    Cantonese
    (spoken and written) is
    required
  • Good command of
    English
    (spoken and written)
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • Able to work
    Office hour 9am - 6pm
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to
    Georgetown, Penang
