We're Expanding Our Services from Hospitality to Healthcare – And We Need You
- Handle the full set of account including Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial report preparation, including month-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Maintain cash book records, perform bank reconciliations, and manage the fixed assets register, among other related duties.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banker and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Ensure the financial, costing, accounting or taxation affairs are conducted in accordance with the company policies, procedures and related statutory requirements.
- To prepare weekly cash flow and supervising cash flow management to ensure sufficient fund for operation at all times
- Record purchase and expense invoices in the system and ensure proper filing.
- Manage vendor reconciliation and queries from internal and external parties
- Ensuring all property, plant and equipment are tagged and updated in the system/fixed asset register
- Ensuring the monthly depreciation has been captured for each asset
- To ensure proper maintenance of record and documentation filling to support accounting entries.
- Other work which may be assigned by the Superior from time to time
Requirements
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare centre is an added advantage
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Proven experience in handling full set of accounts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Able to commence work immediately is highly preferred
Qualification
- Possess at least a Bachelor's / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
- At least minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Willing to work in Skudai, Johor Bahru.
