System Engineer

As an Intake System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and processes used to capture, validate, and route incoming customer requests or data. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize intake workflows, integrate with various platforms, and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intake processes and systems for customer requests and data.
- Develop integrations between intake systems and internal/external platforms (Windows, Linux, Microsoft Exchange, SQL etc.).
- Ensure intake systems meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot intake system performance, resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand workflow requirements.
- Maintain and update system configurations as required.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with the ability to read, write and speak in both English and Chinese.
-Bachelor's degree or High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
-Experience with workflow automation, integration platforms, or ticketing systems.
-Knowledge of APIs, web services will be advantages
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
