We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive (BPO Industry)

Salary: Up to RM4,000

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

-'Handle high-volume hiring to meet business and client demands within tight timelines.

  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Present job opportunities and company culture professionally to potential candidates.

-'Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS or recruitment databases.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities including offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding packs.

  • Arrange orientation sessions and ensure IT access, tools, and systems are ready prior to joining.

  • Act as the main point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of recruitment and employee records with company policies and data privacy requirements.

  • Assist with HR activities, employee engagement initiatives, company events, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizens only

  • Minimum Diploma qualification

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with high-volume hiring experience (BPO preferred)

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM4,000.00 per month
