We are looking for a hands-on and sales-driven Retail Sales Manager to oversee the performance of multiple fashion retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a passion for fashion, and the ability to motivate and inspire store teams to deliver excellent results. This is a store-based role that focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and building a positive, performance-driven store culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and sales performance across several fashion retail outlets.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring each store achieves or exceeds monthly goals.
  • Motivate, train, and lead store teams to deliver excellent service and strong sales performance.
  • Build a strong sales culture through coaching, recognition, and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess sales performance, merchandising, and service quality.
  • Work with the marketing team on store campaigns, new collections, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure consistent visual merchandising and brand presentation across all outlets.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to strengthen team capability.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and merchandising.
  • Provide clear communication and direction to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail management, preferably managing multiple outlets.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills — able to inspire and develop people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer experience.
  • Organized, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel between stores regularly.
  • Store-based position — must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
