About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account and Admin Executive to join our team at DSR DAILY FRESH SDN. BHD. in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and administrative processes, playing a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable and invoicing,
  • Providing administrative support, such as handling correspondence, filing, and data entry
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock-taking
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, with a good understanding of financial processes and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficient in using Autocount accounting software
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
