**Job Title**: Account & Admin Executive
**Reports to**: Manager - HR, Account & Admin
**Location**: Sadong Jaya, Kota Kinabalu
**Salary Range**: RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,300.00
**Employment Type**:Full - Time
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities: -**
**1. Accounting & Financial Management**
- Handle AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare **monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements** & E-INVOICE submission
- Manage **daily cash flow** and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
**2. Purchasing & Inventory Management**
- Oversee **purchasing processes**, including supplier negotiations and purchase order issuance.
- Assist in stock receiving, records, inventory checks when required
**3. Administrative & Clerical Support**
- Assist management with **clerical tasks**, including documentation, filing, and correspondence for Account department.
- Perform **ad-hoc duties** as assigned by management.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.**:
- **Minimum 2 years above of experience in accounting**:
- Familiar with **accounting software** (Auto Count).
- Demonstrates great teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Ability to write and converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia _(Mandarin is added advantage)_
- Knowledgeable in **local tax regulations (TTX, SST, etc.)** & E-invoice
- Ability meets tight deadlines.
