Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and Clerical duties.
- Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support.
- Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage reconciliations.
- Support monthly and yearly financial reporting activities.
- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by Superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM /LCCI/ Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (UBS/SQL/Autocount).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines.
- Basic communication and understanding skills (Chinese, English, Malay).

Pay: From RM2,000.00 to RM2,500.00 per month (Depend on experience)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
