Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and filing for accounting transactions.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and supplier statements.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and petty cash tracking.
  • Assist in monthly reports and financial closing.
  • Provide administrative support such as document handling, office supplies coordination, and staff record filing.
  • Liaise with management, suppliers, branches on accounting or admin matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business-related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g. AutoCount / SQL).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Based at RS World Office, 88 Marketplace, Kota Kinabalu.
